Question 1

What does the Sync Desires gift include?

Accepted Answer

One full results unlock for a couple: every shared desire across all categories, plus their compatibility score and adventurousness rating. The quiz itself is free to take.

Question 2

How does the couple receive the gift?

Accepted Answer

Enter their email and we send the gift link straight to them, or leave it blank and you get a private link to pass on yourself — in a card, a message or a text.

Question 3

Will they know what I answered, or see each other's answers?

Accepted Answer

No. Each partner answers privately on their own device, and only desires you both said yes to are revealed. You, as the gift giver, never see anything.

Question 4

Can a gift link be used more than once?

Accepted Answer

No. Each gift unlocks results for exactly one couple. Once redeemed, the link can't be used again.

Question 5

What if they don't enjoy it?

Accepted Answer

Every purchase is covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee — contact us and we'll refund it.
